This is an original proceeding in this court brought by Oscar Hurley, doing business as Oscar’s Food Mart, hereinafter referred to as petitioner, to obtain a review of an award which was made by trial commissioner and affirmed by the State Industrial Commission in favor of E. W. O’Brien, hereinafter referred to as respondent.
