LuRene Lamm, unmarried and without issue, died testate on February 12, 1954. Immediate, extensive and continuing litigation followed. Litigation of a varied nature in the courts of Iowa and Minnesota, including two previous appeals to this court, involved a will contest, replevin, quieting title, injunctions, suits to establish trusts and to establish rights to both the real and personal assets inventoried in the estate of the decedent, and an action for damages for the removal of assets.
