Laci Satterfield, individually and on behalf of those similarly situated, appeals the district court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of Simon & Schuster, Inc. and ipshlnet Inc. (“ipsh!”). 1 Satterfield alleges a violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (“TCPA”), 47 U.S.C. § 227, arising after Satterfield received an unsolicited text message.
