The Minneapolis Community Development Agency (MCDA) appeals the district court’s1 decision to dismiss its complaint on grounds of collateral estoppel. We affirm.

The individual defendants in this case were all involved in related business enterprises engaged in selling sexually explicit adult entertainment material. Dennis Buchanan and Robert Bonynge each own 50% of the common stock of the defendant corporation, Broadway Visuals, Inc. (Broadway Visuals) and are the directors of the company.
