Defendant Liwy Quinones appeals from judgments of conviction in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, Robert W. Sweet, J. Appellant pled guilty to one count of conspiring to possess cocaine with intent to distribute, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 812, 841(a)(1), 841(b)(1)(B) and 846; one count of possessing cocaine with intent to distribute, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 813, 841(a)(1) and 841(b)(1)(B); and one count of using and carrying a firearm in connection with a narcotics trafficking offense, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 924(c).…
