Plaintiff is the widow of A. Harris Chase who died from typhoid fever on July 19, 1929. Within a year after her husband’s death Mrs. Chase applied to the Industrial Commission of Utah for compensation. She averred in her application that A. Harris Chase died as the result of an accident which arose out of or in the course of his employment by the above named Schramm-Johnson Drugs. A hearing was had before the commission and compensation denied. Mrs. Chase has brought the cause here for review. She seeks to have the order denying compensation annulled.
