OPINION

ROBERTSON, Justice.

Appellant was indicted for involuntary manslaughter for the death of two different people — one of whom was named in each of two separate indictments. On his plea of guilty to the court in each case, his punishment was assessed in each case at ten years confinement and a fine of five thousand dollars.
