OPINION ON APPELLANT’S PETITION FOR DISCRETIONARY REVIEW
MALONEY, Judge.
Appellant plead nolo contendere to a charge of securities fraud in violation of Section 29(C) of the Texas Securities Act. Tex. Rev.Civ.StatANN. art. 581-29 (Supp.1991) (“TSA”). The trial court sentenced her to ten years imprisonment, the execution of the sentence was suspended and appellant was placed on ten years probation, conditioned upon the payment of restitution.
