He brought this action to recover a commission for procuring a purchaser for certain land owned by the appellant. The cause was submitted to a jury, which returned a verdict in favor of the appellee. The appellee in his petition alleged that he was orally employed by appellant as a real estate agent, to find a purchaser for a certain farm in which appellant had an interest under a contract of purchase.
