The defendant, the Town of Wolfeboro (the town), appeals from an order of the Superior Court (Temple, J.) involving the plaintiff Paul Dumont’s plans to develop a restaurant, apartments, and a parking lot on his property in Wolfeboro. The plaintiff planned to use an easement passing over town property as an egress from his proposed parking lot.
