This suit was brought in the Federal District Court for New Jersey to enjoin the enforcement of an order of the Interstate. Commerce Commission on the ground that it exceeds the powers of the Commission, was arbitrary and is void. The plaintiffs wete the . Central Railroad of New Jersey, the Pennsylvania, and twenty-one other railroads located in Trunk Line territory and New England.
