The plaintiff, Mac’s Car City, Inc. (Mac’s Car City), filed this appeal from the judgment of the trial court, Wagner, J., granting the named defendant’s renewed motion for summary judgment dated January 7,1986, thus disposing of the plaintiff’s action. The sole issue presented by this appeal is whether a party may renew a motion for summary judgment previously denied by another trial judge on the ground that the initial motion for summary judgment lacked sufficient supporting documentation.
