MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

BLAIR, District Judge.

Pursuant to Rule 17(c) of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure, a motion has been filed to quash a subpoena duces tecum commanding the production of various records before a grand jury of the Disti'ict of Maryland.

Historically and as reinforced by Rule 6(e) Fed.R.Crim.P., grand jury proceedings are to be conducted in secrecy.
