By an application filed with the Industrial Commission, William Peterson sought the adjustment of compensation for an accidental injury which it was charged he sustained while employed by Norman A. Nelson. The arbitrator found that the relation of employer and employee did not exist at the time of the alleged injury and denied compensation. Additional evidence was heard by the commission and that body awarded compensation.
