This court allowed a writ of error to review a judgment of the circuit court of Perry county confirming an award made in favor of defendant in error under the Workmen’s Compensation act.

Charles Stout was employed in the mine of plaintiff in error near Cutler, Perry county, Illinois, and claims to have been accidentally injured while engaged in his employment on June 23, 1920.
