This action is brought by four motor carriers, Merrill O. Stewart, Inc., Kruse Transportation Company, Inc., Jacobsen Transfer Inc. and Ray Price, Inc., which hold intrastate certificates to operate in *57Nebraska. They seek review of denials by the Interstate Commerce Commission of certificates of registration authorizing operations in interstate or foreign commerce as common carriers by motor vehicle between certain described points in Nebraska, including some points over irregular routes.
