On August 3, 1946, Max L. Caudill, under No. M-8014, was issued a certificate of convenience and necessity by the Nebraska State Railway Commission, authorizing him to engage in trucking operations as a common carrier. The Nebraska State Railway Commission will be hereinafter referred to as the commission.
