Presently before the Court is Defendants Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. and Sunshine Mills, Inc.’s Motion to Deny Class Certification (Doe. # 58), filed on December 14, 2007. Plaintiff filed an Opposition (Doc. #59) on January 16, 2008. Defendants Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. and Sunshine Mills, Inc. filed a Reply (Doc. # 62) on February 14, 2008.
