Fisher v. M. Spinelli & Sons Co.

This is a civil action brought by Kenneth Fisher (“Fisher”) against M. Spineili & Sons Co., Inc. (“Spineili”) and Simpson Gumpertz and Heger, Inc. (“SGH”). Spineili and SGH have filed cross-claims against each other. Spineili has filed a third-party claim against Brisk Waterproofing Company (“Brisk”). Brisk has filed a fourth-party claim against Harvard Real Estate, Inc. (“Harvard”). SGH moves this Court to enter summary judgment in its favor on the claim *639brought against it by Fisher, the cross-claim brought against it by Spinelli, and its crossclaim against Spinelli.
