This is an action brought by the plaintiff, Bernard Maclnnis, Administrator of the Estate of Christopher Maclnnis (“Maclnnis”), against the defendants, Walsh Brothers, Inc. (“Walsh Bros.”), McNamara/Salvia, Inc. (“McNamara/Salvia”), Ocean Steel & Construction, Ltd. (“Ocean Steel”), and Infasco (“Infasco”).
