This suit was filed by the plaintiff, William L. Clark, under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, 29 U.S.C. § 621 (“ADEA”). Named as defendants in this suit are Resistoflex Company, a division of Unidynamics Corporation and its successor Crane Resistoflex Company, a Division of Crane Co.
