This is a suit for the custody of a child, about five years old, brought by petitioners, his father, joined by the second wife, against respondents, the child’s maternal grandparents. The trial court rendered judgment April 7, 1945, in favor of petitioners, after holding void and setting aside an order of the court made September 26, 1944, that had awarded the custody of the child to respondents.
