— Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Brill, J.), rendered December 12, 1989, convicting him of attempted murder in the second degree and assault in the first degree (two counts), upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
