Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Juviler, J.), rendered October 29, 1984, convicting him of robbery in the first degree (two counts) and criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

We reject the defendant’s contention that the trial court erred in permitting the complainant to testify that the defendant attempted to induce him to drop the criminal charges during a conversation several months prior to trial. As we noted in People v Griffin (126 AD2d 743, 744),…
