Plaintiff Marie Selvato brings this action against her former employer, Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (‘SEPTA'), under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. 2000e et seq. (‘Title VIP). Selvato claims that she was subjected to a hostile work environment and discriminated against on the basis of her gender. Before the Court is SEPTA’s Motion for Summary Judgment.
