In this matter, petitioner Jeffrey Bow-ser challenges a Decision and Order of the District of Columbia Department of Employment Services (“DOES”) Compensation Review Board (the “CRB”) that upheld. a Modification Order (the “MO”) terminating petitioner’s temporary total disability (“TTD”) benefits.
