This appeal involves an action against the municipal defendants1 claiming that they should have denied a certain special permit issued to the individual defendant, Roger Phillips, and should have enforced the conditions they had imposed on Phillips *260in issuing the permit.2 The plaintiffs also claim that their action alleges that Phillips is engaging in activity that constitutes a nuisance, and they seek injunctive and other relief as to him.
