Plaintiff B. Man Yoon, a former tenured professor at Fordham University (“Ford-ham”), appeals from an award of summary judgment in favor of defendants Fordham, the Fordham University Faculty 'and Administrative Retirement Plan (“Plan”), and successive plan administrators Donald D. Cipullo and Frank Simio. He also appeals from the denial of a Rule 60(b) motion to vacate an earlier partial award of summary judgment in favor of Fordham. See Fed. R.Civ.P. 60(b).
