This appeal, brought by National Tire of Hawaii, Ltd. (hereinafter “employer” or “appellant”), is from the judgment of the circuit court affirming a decision of the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations, Unemployment Insurance Division (hereinafter “Department”), which held that Kenneth C. Kauffman (hereinafter “claimant”) was not disqualified from receiving unemployment benefits. Employer is also appealing from an Order Denying Motion for Alteration or Amendment of Judgment.
