This is one of three companion (but unconsolidated) cases 1 involving claims for additional benefits under the Missouri Employment Security Law [Chapter 288] 2 by three former telephone operators for Western Light and Telephone Company at Aurora, Missouri, whose employment by that firm was terminated on February 27, 1960, when the Aurora exchange was converted to a dial system.
