MEMORANDUM OPINION
ALBRITTON, District Judge.
I. INTRODUCTION
This cause is now before the court on a Motion to Remand, filed by Plaintiffs Terry Hatcher and Juanita Hatcher (“the Plaintiffs”).
The Plaintiffs filed a Complaint against Lloyd’s of London, the Salter Insurance Agency and other fictitious defendants (“the Defendants”) in the Circuit Court for Houston County, Alabama, in April of 1996. The Complaint contains four state law counts which relate to the Defendants’ alleged failure to pay on an insurance policy held by the Plaintiffs. On May 21, 1996, the Defendants filed a Notice of…
