This matter comes before the Court on the motion of the joint venture Grace-Lansing and Grace Industries, Inc. for an order, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1452(b) and Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 9027, to remand adversary proceeding number 196-1545-260 back to the New York State Supreme Court, Kings County.
