Plaintiff, Kenneth Weaver, brings this action on behalf of the putative class of all owners and lessees of certain vehicles manufactured by Defendant Chrysler Corporation (“Chrysler”) and equipped with allegedly defective integrated child safety seats. Plaintiffs Amended Complaint alleges four causes of action: common law fraud, negligent misrepresentation, breach of implied warranty, and violation of the New York Consumer Protection Act.
