The bill filed in this case was not an ordinary bill for the settlement of partnership accounts. James Hughes, the complainant’s testator, and James W. Denver and Charles F. Peck were in partnership as attorneys and counsellors-at-law from 1866 until the 18th of March, 1869. On that day it w&s agreed between them virtually that the general partnership should’ terminate ; that thereafter no new business should be received in partnership, and that any coming to the firm through, the mails should be equitably divided.
