The Benthall Machine Company, a corporation doing business in the city of Suffolk, Va., instituted suit in the District Court of the United States for the Eastern District of Virginia on August <7, 1912, against the Virginia-Carolina Peanut Picker Company, a -corporation. The bill alleges infringement of certain claims of its peanut picking patent and peanut stemming patent, combined in a machine known as the Benthall machine.
