By this action appellant seeks to recover for fifty motion picture cameras which it alleges were specially manufactured by it for the respondent. The appeal is from a judgment of nonsuit.

Appellant is an established manufacturer of motion picture cameras, having been in business since July 1, 1929, as Mitchell Camera Corporation, a Delaware corporation, and prior thereto as a California corporation of the same name.
