Heard on September 1, 1994, on various fee applications, and on the Chapter 7 Trustee’s Motion to Disgorge funds prematurely paid to an administrative expense claimant, Perrault Farms.

The relevant facts, as follows, are undisputed: On February 27, 1990, Kingston Turf Farms filed a Chapter 11 petition, and nine months later, on November 6, 1990, the case was converted to one under Chapter 7.
