MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
ASPEN, Chief Judge:
Appellants Joseph L. Matz, Bruce Dopke, Benjamin L. Nortman, and the law firm of Holleb & Coff (collectively “the Attorneys”), along with Howard G. Kaplan, Arnold Leder-man, and The Kaplan Brothers (collectively “the Accountants”), bring this appeal from two orders issued by the bankruptcy court below. These orders directed the appellants to return certain fees paid to them for services they performed during a Chapter 11 reorganization.
