Michael Pohl, an aircraft inspector for United Airlines, Inc. (“United”) at United’s Indianapolis Maintenance Center (“IMC”), brought this case against Defendant alleging violations of the Americans with Disability Act, 42 U.S.C. § 12101, et seq. The original, complaint includes claims for failure to reasonably accommodate his disability and for disability discrimination. We granted leave to file the First Amended Complaint on March 27, 2001.
