In this postdissolution child custody matter, the defendant, Andrew J. Fish, Jr., appeals from the orders of the trial court modifying the judgment of child custody. The court awarded joint custody of the parties’ minor child to the plaintiff, Paula J. Fish, now known as Paula J. Pierce,1 and the child’s paternal aunt, intervenor Barbara Husaluk, and ordered that the child reside primarily with Husaluk in Aspen, Colorado.
