LINDBERG, District Judge.

The Court having heard the testimony of the witnesses, the proof offered by the respective parties, and being fully advised in the premise, does hereby make and enter these findings of fact and conclusions of law as final adjudication hereof, pursuant to Rule 52 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
