HANSEN, Judge.

¶ 1 Appellants, Charles and Sharon Ann Splane (Splanes), seek review of trial court orders granting summary judgment in favor of Appellees, Northcutt Chevroleb-Buick Company (Northcutt) and USLIFE Credit Life Insurance Company (USLIFE). The appeals were consolidated by order of the Supreme Court and are submitted without appellate briefing in accordance with the accelerated procedure under Rule 1.36, Oklahoma Supreme Court Rules, 12 O.S.
