COLBERT, Judge.
T 1 Appellants, the City of Tulsa (City) and Mayor Susan Savage, appeal an order of the trial court enjoining the Mayor from conducting pre-termination hearings for Officers Dan Tedrick and Kevin Staats and Corporal Dan Fuller. 1 The two issues to be determined on appeal are whether the district court erred in (1) asserting jurisdiction in the matter and (2) granting the injunction. Based upon our review of the record and the applicable law, we find no error and affirm.
