This action arises from a failed business relationship between plaintiff Wayne Chang (“Chang”) and defendants Cameron and Tyler Winklevoss (the “Winklevosses”), Howard Winklevoss, and Divya Narenda, founders and/or officers, directors, and/or shareholders of defendant ConnectU, Inc., f/k/a ConnectU, LLC (collectively, the “Winklevoss defendants” unless otherwise indicated). Defendants Scott R. Mosko (“Mosko”) and Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner (“Finnegan”) defended Chang in a California lawsuit.
