Vitae Corporation (Employer) petitions for review of: (1) the February 11, 2000 order of the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board (Board) that affirmed in part, reversed in part and remanded the August 27, 1999 order of the Workers’ Compensation Judge (WCJ) denying Employer’s suspension petition, granted in part Employer’s modification petition and awarded Sheila M. Rozanc (Claimant) attorney’s fees based on Employer’s unreasonable contest; and (2) the April 30, 2002 order of the Board that affirmed the WCJ’s September 29, 2000 order which cut by half the award…
