Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Ulster County (Williams, J.), rendered August 23, 2010, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crime of attempted burglary in the first degree.
After defendant was implicated in the burglary of a residence in the Town of Milton, Ulster County, he pleaded guilty to attempted burglary in the first degree in satisfaction of a four-count indictment charging him with, among other things, burglary in the first degree.
