This appeal arises from an April 8, 2005, order from the Pulaski County Circuit Court setting aside a February 1, 2005 order which set aside a December 16, 2004 order granting summary judgment in favor of appellee, Safeco Insurance Company of Illinois. On appeal, appellant, Lee Murchison, argues that the trial court erred in setting aside the February 1 order because Ark. R. Civ.
