Seay and Cheryl Seay (the Seays) appeal the judgment and order of the Benton County Circuit Court granting summary judgment in favor of Appellee Regions Bank and Appellee/Cross-Appellant C.A.R. Transportation Brokerage Company, Inc. (C.A.R. Transportation), and the conversion judgment in favor of C.A.R. Transportation.
