The petitioners, members of the respondent society, an incorporated Italian beneficial association in Provi dence, Rhode Island, on the tenth day of September, 1904, inserted for publication in L’Eco del Rhode Island, an Italian newspaper published in said Providence, an article in Italian, which they have had translated into English, as follows:
