RIPPLE, Circuit Judge.
This is an action by a passenger injured in an automobile accident and her father, Samantha and Edwin Salgado (“Salgado”), against the manufacturer of the vehicle, General Motors Corporation (“GM”). The district court held that Salgado had failed to comply with the court’s deadline for the submission of the reports of expert witnesses and therefore barred the testimony of those witnesses at the trial.
